Working and learning at WBM

Room for development

When you join us, there is a range of training opportunities waiting for you. WBM offers a collection of formal and informal learning and development activities in which each employee makes their own choices.

At the machine or specific projects

Around 70% of our educational offer consists of work-based learning, where you gain knowledge by working on projects and performing day-to-day tasks.

Taking courses and workshops together

Around 20% of our range of learning opportunities involves collaborative learning. This includes workshops-on-the-job and courses with your team.

Learning paths

The last 10% is filled in with formal learning, such as e-learning, theme meetings, familiarisation courses and other learning processes.

For mbo graduates who want to start work immediately

WBM is a recognised training company and we offer plenty of opportunities for MBO students who want to follow the vocational guidance path. You will work for us for three or four days and attend school one day a week. Courses that fit in well are mechatronics and sheet-metal work courses. You will find all courses that are suitable for our practical training pathways in our training magazine Learn!
