WBM Staalservice has been an expert in processing steel plates for over 50 years. We are an informal, friendly SME in Central Limburg with 50 colleagues who work with passion every day. Whether it concerns 3D cutting, complex sheet metal work or working with high-strength and wear-resistant steel, no day is the same at WBM. We serve customers in sectors such as trailer construction, agriculture and lifting and hoisting equipment.

What will you do as an All-round Technical Employee?

As an All-round Technical Employee, you will support our operators and contribute to a smooth production process. You will have a varied role in which you will work on various machines and ensure that production runs efficiently.

Your role

Your tasks are:

• Assisting in operating various machines (such as press brakes, laser cutting machines and punching machines);
• Preparing and supplying materials for production;
• Performing quality controls on processed products;
• Ensuring an orderly and safe workplace.

What makes you the ideal candidate?

• Affinity with technology and production processes
• A proactive and inquisitive attitude
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work in a team and to take on tasks independently
• Accuracy and an eye for quality
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
